I initiate the return of items from my recent order. I am extremely disappointed with the products.
The actual items, including the fabric quality, color, and overall material elements, are totally the opposite of what was represented in the product images on your website/platform. This significant discrepancy makes the items unacceptable and unusable for their intended purpose. I will be returning the purchased items. However, instead of requesting a full refund, I would prefer to exchange the value of the returned goods for different items from your current inventory.
Please provide me with a clear Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the necessary shipping details immediately. Return Delivery Information: Please confirm the exact department within your organization that handles quality control issues and returns for discrepancies of this nature, so that I can ensure the package is delivered to the correct location.

I am writing to report an issue with my recent purchase of a transparent 3-layer 72-grid jewelry storage box for women's daily earrings, rings, necklaces, and bracelets (multicolor/C-72 slots in grey). Unfortunately, I am unable to return or exchange it this time due to the return policy.
This is my second time purchasing this item, as I hoped to receive a product in good condition after my first attempt, which was damaged. However, this time I received an even more damaged and cracked item than before.
I was fortunate to return the first purchase, but I find it frustrating that I cannot do the same with the second one, especially since the item arrived in poor condition through no fault of my own. As soon as I received the second item, I recorded a video to document its condition. I even asked the delivery person to film the unboxing, ensuring there is clear evidence of the damage.
I kindly request that you allow me to return this item so that I can purchase a new one in good condition. I have many earrings that I need to organize, and this storage box is essential for keeping them intact and tidy.

The issue was not fully resolved i have 3 unauthorized transactions which i dont understand why shein can’t refund the other one which those transactions happened same day. I already sent all attachment to them.
I'm thankful that Shein already refunded 1 transaction out of 3; the remaining Shein didn't refund and referred me to the bank. I told Shein that I'm not using a bank account; I'm using Gcash. My question is what's the difference between the 1st transaction and the 2nd and 3rd? Which happened on the same day as the charges.
I need to refund those amounts to my Ggives.
I will attach the unauthorized transactions and the transactions that you refunded. I need the two pending transactions refunded to my Ggives.

Dear SHEIN Customer Service,
I am writing to urgently report an unauthorized transaction involving my GCash account that resulted in a loan being taken out without my consent, and the loan proceeds being sent to a SHEIN account.
On August 14,2025, the amount of 28,048.00 was deducted from my GCash account. This transaction appeared as a loan disbursement, which I did not apply for or approve.
The disbursed amount was then used for a purchase in a SHEIN account that I do not own or control.
I would like to request the following:
Immediate investigation into the SHEIN account that received this payment.
Full refund of the 28,048.00 to my GCash account.
Assistance in closing or cancelling the linked loan transaction, as it was initiated fraudulently.
Documentation or transaction details of the SHEIN account and order associated with this payment.
For your reference, I have attached screenshots of the GCash loan transaction and other relevant proofs to confirm that this transaction was not authorized by me.
I expect a prompt resolution and a written response within 7 business days.

I need a refund to unathorized transactions
Shein didnt refund one of the unauthorized transactions even though they already confirmed that the transactions were fraudulent. I had three unauthorized transactions made using my GGives account.
Since Shein identified these transactions as unauthorized, they refunded two out of the three, for which I am thankful.
However, I dont understand why they havent refunded the remaining transaction. All three transactions happened on the same day, just 23 minutes apart. I received three messages for those transactions and immediately reported them to GCash and Shein.
GCash referred me to Shein, so I sent an email regarding the issue. After Shein refunded two of the three transactions, they stopped responding to my emails.
I hope Shein reviews this matter and refunds the remaining amount to my GGives account

all of the items are not wearable due to unexpected sizing issues especially the pants that are exagerately big. More importantly, it has a strong chemical odor and itchy to the skin that gives me allergic reactions.
Ive reviewed your return process, but Im currently unable to complete it because of limited access to return shipping options and time constraints due to personal responsibilities.
