im mary grace antonio. i made a transaction with shein around 4:28am today. i made 2 payments amounting to 5,750 to sum it all around 11,500. upon payment shein notified me that the payment was declined by the bank whihj is banco de oro. but when i checked my account the amount stated was already been deducted. please i need from your side and on my bank side. please let me know if my transaction pushed through or was denied. thank you

Too long delivery

Ive placed my order last April 8 and estimated delivery date is on April 14. My parcel arrived in the sorting hub on April 13 and I have not received the items until now. Followed it up with the logistics team twice and still no delivery schedule. Your logistic partner sucks and should be changed!! They left me with no choice but to wait because I cant even cancel my order!! Been two weeks since my last follow up and no response from their end until now!!!

Your delivery sucks. Your riders are incompetent and lazy. They rejected my order themselves. 1st attempt was the rider did not deliver due to his own personal problems. 2nd attempt was not attended by me, because the rider notified last minute, and could not even wait, I was at work that time. 3rd, he didn't even call once, just texted once and left. NINJA VAN PH has *** service. JNT delivery does so much better to be honest

Shein Philippines - No service at all
Unreceived order plus difficult to contact. Also, tried to order the fist purchase but there are parts that were missing. Totally understandable and worst app by far. No contact with the shipping team or the seller itself unlike Lazada and Shopee. Its such a shame that one of the biggest companies is here to ruin my day.
